Did you know...

3D movies of a similar type used by the Morphis have been around since the 1890's! William Friese-Greene, a British inventor, filed a patent where a 'stereo' movie is shot using two camera spaced apart—just like our eyes—and were played back using a 'stereoscope' to converge the two images!

How does the best get even better?

We asked ourselves that when we were told of a new 3D visual system for the Morphis. And we literally couldn't believe our eyes when we were given a chance to see the new 3D visual movie system running!

A total assault on the senses, using special glasses to 'unscramble' hidden data on the screen. The glasses filter the movie and show a slightly different image to each eye—just as you'd get in the real world. The human brain sees makes sense of the two images and provides 'depth' data to our senses, giving the illusion that some objects are closer than others from the screen.

Combine this with stunning 3D surround sound, amazing hydraulic motion, and you've got yourself the all-new Morphis 3D MovieRides.

And of course, being pioneers, GT Promotions are the first to boast simulators with 3D technology in Europe.
